When is Sukkos this year?

Sukkos begins at sundown Friday, October 2, 2009. The first day of Sukkos is Saturday, October 3rd, which is when we are commanded to do the mitzvah of Arba Minim, but since it is prohibited to touch Arba Minim on Sabbath we do not perform the mitzvah until the following day, Sunday, October 4th. The mitzvah of Arba Minimi is performed on each day of Sukkos, except on Sabbath (Saturday).  On the morning of Hoshana Rabba, which takes place this year Friday, October 9, 2008 Hoshanos are required at the morning (Shacharis) services.

Can I buy only one set at these special wholesale prices?

Yes, since we are the importers we can offer you an opportunity to purchase sets at highly discounted rates.

Are there additional discounts for purchasing large quantities?

If you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity of sets, please contact us by phone or e-mail via contact us.

What are the shipping rates for Esrogim (Arba Minim sets)?

The shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on quantity, destination zip code, and shipping service selected.

Is there an additional charge for overnight shipping of Arba Minim sets?

There is no additional charge, since each customer can select the shipping service they desire. One of the options is UPS Next Day Air and the price quoted at checkout is the price you pay.

What shipping services are recommended for shipping Esrog sets?

Depending on your zip code, you will be able to choose the shipping service from the options available to you. Please check www.ups.com for transit time to your zip code from ours in 11219.  We recommend no more than 3 days of transit time.  UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air are always better than other services as it minimizes the time your set is in transit, however the other less expensive options are fine as well. We will ship via Priority Mail at the customer’s request - shipping insurance must be purchased for Priority Mail, due to lack of postal service reliability.  We reserve the right to substitute carriers at our discretion using an equivalent or higher level of service.

Do you ship across the United States?

Of course we do. We go above and beyond to satisfy our customers.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous US States. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other foreign countries.

Which carrier will be shipping my order?

All orders will be shipped via UPS exclusively. A tracking number will be available to allow you to track your shipment en route. We will ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail upon request (or at our discretion), but guidelines from above must be followed.

When is the last time that I can order Esrog sets?

The deadline for accepting orders (not using UPS Next Day Air) is Sunday, September 27, 2009, 12:00 p.m. EST. All orders submitted on September 29 or 30 must choose UPS 2nd Day Air as shipping service. All orders submitted after this time until Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, 10:00 a.m. EST must choose UPS Next Day Air as shipping service. You can order after September 27 choosing any shipping method you want, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Friday October 2nd, unless the recommended shipping services are selected.

When will I receive my order?

Shipment arrival date depends on the shipping service selected. All orders submitted by September 27th, noon should be received no later than end of day Friday, Oct. 2nd.

What if there is nobody at the shipping address to accept the order when UPS tries to make a delivery?

UPS will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping address the next business day. You also have the option to call the phone number on the UPS notice and instruct them to hold the order for you to pick up in person at your local UPS delivery depot. You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call UPS, and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to pick up the order.

What is your return policy for the Esrogim sets?

Because the sets are perishable, all sales are final. No returns are accepted. However, if you have any problems with your order after it has been received, please call or e-mail our customer service department immediately.
